BOOKING POLICY

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
* Pre payment of 50% of the total value of the nights reserved through a bank deposit or 100% of the value by Credit Card, parceled in 6x without interest. The balance of the nights, along with extras and taxes would be due at check out.
* For confirmation of the New Years Package, 100% of the value would need to deposited on or before 28/11/2022.                                                                                    *Carnival: Full prepayment until 01/17/23.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
* Check in from 14:00 hrs.
* Check out at 12 noon.
* For early check in and late check out, 50% of the room rate would be charged additionaly

IMPORTANT
* Pets are not allowed.
* Corkage:In case guest would like to consume their own alcoholic beverages within the premises of the hotel,a charge of R$80,00 ber bottle would be payable.
* All accomodations of the hotel are Non Smoking. Smoking is permitted only in open areas.

ADDITIONAL PERSON
* Only one additional person is allowed in the Suites and up to two additional people in the
Bungalows and in the Villa. In the Family House it is not allowed to place an extra bed.

CHILDREN
* Children up to 3 years may stay without additional charge with their parents. For ages 4 and above, an extra bed charge would be payable.
* Zorah Beach does not posses a special structure or services for children.

VISITS
Zorah Beach reserves the right to restrict outside visitors, keepin in mind the comfort of its guests.

CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION:
* Requests for cancellation or alteration must be addressed to the reservations through reservas@zorahbeach.com.br.
* Reservation date up to 30 days before the check-in date: 10% penalty of the full amount of the reservation.
* Upto 15 days before the arrival date:charge of 50% of the total value of the reservation.
* Less than 15 days before arrival date: charge of 100% of the total value of the reservation.
* For late departures or early arrivals, 50% of the nights not utilised would be charged, once the minmum number of nights have been surpassed.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Any services provided by third parties (Massages, Transfer Service, Tours, activities and Kitesurfing), will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the service providers, and ZORAH BEACH HOTEL (Social Name POUSADA INDIANA EIRELI) will not be responsible for these activities as well and for the quality of the services provided, including not having civil responsibility in this regard.

TRANSFERS
We can assist in private transfers from the airport, which are arranged through third parties,upon confirmation of the date, time and flight times.
